Success Stories!
Since becoming a member I have made many achievements inside the gym from becoming stronger, toning, losing inches, little challenges for myself like increasing the number of reps and making healthier food choices for myself and family. Since making these achievements inside the gym I try to carry them outside the gym by being more active, and more confident to do things that I never thought I could do. ---I could go on and on but I guess I will stop there!

I have been at Forever Ft for about 1.5 years. I love the trainer led group classes since I never seem too know what to do on my own. The trainers help me make, stick to and reach my goals and I have made so many friends in my time there!

I was working out at a big box gym and I was unhappy I was scared of the equipment and didn't know how to use it. A friend had joined Forever Fit and told me I should come try it free for a week. What did I have to lose?? I did my week free and thought I was going to die. But 16 months later I am still loving it !!! The last month I have found myself again and I look forward to coming. Each day I can't wait to see all the friends I have made. Emily and Dave push me even though I might push back. I can't wait to see what this year brings for me!! I love this place!!!
